I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Dancing Into Fullness is a 5-day, 40–80 person luxury retreat that braids dance psychology with the seven dimensions of non-dual holistic abundance. Hosted by Ammanuel Santa Anna and the Luminous Prosperity team, it is the flagship in-person expression of the book by the same name. We sell fullness, not coping; communitas, not networking; timeless memory, not curriculum. Price: $8,500–$14,000/participant, all-inclusive. Target gross margin: 38–44%. Year-1 target: 6 retreats, ~360 participants, ~$3.6M revenue. Year-3 target: 18 retreats globally, ~$12M revenue, plus enterprise pull-through into the Triple Helix engagement (course + service + Lila OS SaaS).

III. WARMTH, SAFETY, PLAY & TRANSFORMATION — HOW WE DELIVER IT

Warmth

  • String quartet welcome, optional foot-washing ritual, handDancing Into Fullness

written name cards, candlelit dinners.

  • Every staff member trained in the "meet-before-move" protocol:

every guest is greeted by name, by eye, by gesture before any instruction is given.

  • Beauty-as-operations: flowers refreshed daily, linens changed

midday, music never stops.

Safety (psychological, somatic, and physical)

  • Trauma-informed facilitation across all sessions; consent and

opt-out language built into every prompt.

  • Permission is the prerequisite of dance — movement is never

forced, never humiliated, never coerced.

  • Grounding protocols on either side of ecstatic-dance sessions;

on-call somatic therapist; quiet rooms always available.

  • Medical screening pre-arrival; on-site first aid; sober container

by default with clear sober-curious framing.

  • Code of Care contract signed by every participant and facilitator.
  • Nervous-system protection always supersedes curriculum.

Play (Lila as operating principle)

  • Costume Ball of the Seven Dimensions, surprise dawn dances,

scavenger choreographies, the slow-figs lunch.

  • Facilitators must demonstrate Lila Fluency — gravity and

laughter held simultaneously.

  • Lieselotte the horse de-centers the human and re-centers the

field.

Transformation

  • 12 structured practices mapped to the 7 dimensions of

abundance: material, relational, creative, somatic, spiritual, ecological, temporal.

  • Each guest leaves with: one gesture they will keep, one

sentence they wrote, one object they carry, and a 90-day integration plan.

  • Measured outcomes: +28–47% psychological safety, +31%

intrinsic motivation, –35% burnout markers, +52% collaborative

ideation, validated joy-scale lift.

IV. TECHNIQUES & METHODOLOGIES

  • Dance Psychology toolkit: flow theory, communitas, transient

hypofrontality, embodied cognition, polyvagal-informed movement.

  • Non-Dual Holistic Abundance: 7-dimension wealth inventory,

generosity-of-gesture practice, Money Dance, Gratitude Choreography.

  • Ecstatic forms (5Rhythms, Open Floor, ecstatic dance) framed

inside abundance lens.

  • Appreciative-stance opening: every session begins with what is

already abundant.

  • Concentric pedagogy: individual → dyad → pod → team →

whole-group → ecology.

  • Live music as co-facilitator (never recorded in-room); cellist +

percussionist + vocalist + improviser.

V. TACTICS — DAILY ARC

  • Day 1 — Arrival as Abundance: string quartet, welcome dance,

First Generosity dinner, shared silence.

  • Day 2 — The Generous Body: somatic foundations, 7

Dimensions lab, silent walks, Money Dance, live-band celebration.

XI. THE INVITATION

Reasonable offerings produce reasonable results. We are unreasonable on purpose. We arrive with cellists and a horse. We turn offsites into retirement-speech memories. We do not promise transformation; we promise a gesture, and then another, until the organization — and the soul — is moving differently. Lila is the DJ. The universe is the dance floor. Your enterprise, and your one wild life, are welcome. — Ammanuel Santa Anna & the Luminous Prosperity Team "You cannot hoard a gesture."

Give a formula for the workbook based on this

FORMULA — Dancing Into Fullness Workbook (Daily Gratitude Dance × Seven-Dimensions Embodiment) + (Flow-State Calibration × Communitas Practice) + (Scarcity Release ÷ Celebration Repetition) = Embodied Non-Dual Abundance Structure (30 days × 4 weekly arcs, mirroring the book's four parts):

  1. DAILY CORE (every day, ~40 min)

• 10-min Morning Gratitude Dance — move thanks through every cell • 20-min Evening Practice — one chapter-aligned exercise • 10-min Journaling — appreciative-stance prompt + somatic check-in

  1. WEEKLY ARC (one per week, mapped to book parts)

• Week 1 — Dance as Abundance: Generous Body, 7 Dimensions, Scarcity Release, Flow • Week 2 — Practices for Holistic Abundance: Gratitude, Celebration, Money, Relational • Week 3 — Advanced Integration: Ecstatic, Identity, Living Earth • Week 4 — Practitioner's Path + Dance of Enough closing celebration

  1. SEVEN-DIMENSION ROTATION (cycle through, 3 min each)

Material → Relational → Creative → Somatic → Spiritual → Ecological → Temporal

  1. FIVE-EXERCISE PATTERN (per chapter, ~4,500-word chapter =

5 embodied practices) Solo Practice → Partner/Group Practice → Shadow Work (scarcity) → Creative Expression → Integration Ritual

  1. PROGRESSION LAW

Permission → Gesture → Rhythm → Flow → Communitas → Lila → Enough

  1. NON-NEGOTIABLES (the workbook's contract with the reader)

• Begin with what is already abundant • Never force movement — permission first • Music as co-facilitator, not background • Every gesture is given away, never hoarded • Aliveness over achievement

  1. MEASUREMENT (Organizational/Personal Aliveness Quotient)

Track weekly across the 7 dimensions; chart felt-fullness, not performance.

Closing Equation: Move first → the strategy follows. You cannot hoard a gesture; therefore practicing dance is practicing abundance.

THE TIME OF MY LIFE — A FIRST-PERSON ACCOUNT OF THE DANCING INTO FULLNESS RETREAT WITH AMMANUEL SANTA ANNA & LUMINOUS PROSPERITY

How a wild party became a profound pedagogy, how a profound pedagogy became a transformation, and how a transformation taught me — once and for all — that everything flows from states.

--I want to tell you the truth, and the truth is going to sound like a lie, because the truth is that the five days I spent at the Dancing Into Fullness retreat with Ammanuel Santa Anna and the Luminous Prosperity team were, without competition or qualification or the polite hedging I usually reserve for these kinds of statements, the time of my life. Not a time. Not one of the better times. The time.

The watermark. The thing my nervous system now uses as the reference frequency for what aliveness actually feels like, the way a tuning fork holds the note of A even after the room has gone silent.

I arrived skeptical. I want that on the record. I arrived with my arms folded inside my own chest, with the well-rehearsed posture of a person who has been to enough leadership offsites and wellness intensives and silent retreats to know that the brochure is always more luminous than the bathrooms. I had read the proposal — the linen-wrapped portfolio, the language about cellists and Belgian draft horses, the unreasonable claim that they would reengineer the felt sense of my life in five days — and I had thought, with the affectionate cynicism of a person who has been disappointed before, okay, sure, show me. They showed me. They showed me until I forgot to be the person who needed showing.

DAY ZERO — THE ARRIVAL THAT WAS ALREADY THE TEACHING

The first thing that happened was not a thing. It was a quality. The driveway was lined with ancient olive trees and someone had hung small brass bells from the lower branches, so that the wind announced you before you announced yourself. There was a string quartet on the lawn — actual humans, actual instruments, playing something that sounded like Arvo Pärt had a baby with a cumbia — and there was a long table set with figs and pomegranates and slices of orange dusted with cardamom, and there was Ammanuel himself, barefoot in a linen kurta the color of saffron at sunset, walking toward me with both hands open, and I want you to understand that I have shaken a lot of hands in my professional life and I have never in my entire career been received the way Ammanuel received me at that doorway.

He did not say welcome. He said, "You made it. The whole field has been waiting."

I laughed out loud, because what else do you do, and he laughed with me, not at the joke, just with, the way a friend laughs when you finally walk through the door after a long flight. And in that laugh I felt the thing they say about Ammanuel start to land — that he is a man who has done the unreasonable inner work of becoming a permission slip for other people's aliveness. He doesn't perform warmth. He has dismantled, in himself, the architecture of withholding, so that what's left is just the unobstructed transmission of yes. You meet him and your nervous system, somewhere below words, makes a small structural decision: I am safe here. I can put down the surveillance. Mine did. I felt it click. It was the first peak experience and we had not yet entered the building.

The whisper-slogan on the back of my badge said Lila is the DJ. Your KPI is joy. Try to keep up. I tucked it into my pocket. I have it still. It sits on my desk like a small wooden bird.

DAY ONE — THE GENEROUS BODY AND THE FIRST UNDOING

The pedagogy of this retreat — and I am going to keep using that word, pedagogy, because what they do is genuinely educational in the deepest classical sense, an educare, a leading-out — begins with a single proposition, repeated in different keys until it stops being a proposition and starts being a state: everything flows from states. Not from strategy. Not from intention. Not from will or grit or the protestant accumulation of disciplined hours. From states. From the felt-quality of the body in this exact second, from the chemistry of the room, from the music that is or is not playing, from whether you have been seen in the last hour by another human who actually looked at you. The state is upstream of the gesture, the gesture is upstream of the action, the action is upstream of the result. So if you want different results, do not start with the result. Start with the state. Move first. The strategy will follow. They had this calligraphed on the wall above the breakfast

tea and I am not embarrassed to tell you I cried at it on day three. Day One opened with what they called the Generous Body Lab, and Ammanuel began by simply standing in the middle of the room and breathing, for what felt like a long time and was probably four minutes, while the live cellist — a woman named Sora who I would come to adore — laid down a low drone that did something to the floor of my chest. He didn't talk. He just was in his body in a way that made me realize I had been edited in mine. And then he said, very quietly, "You cannot hoard a gesture. Try. Try to keep one. Make a small movement with your hand and try to save it for later." I tried. The hand moved. The gesture was already gone. He said, "That's the entire teaching. Now we just spend five days letting the body remember."

We danced for ninety minutes. There was no choreography. There was Sora's cello, and a percussionist named Bayo whose hands appeared to be inventing a new language, and there was Ammanuel walking through the room — never directing, never correcting, only witnessing — and there was the slow, undefended unfolding of forty-some adults remembering that they were allowed to be inside their own skin. By minute forty I had stopped tracking time. By minute sixty I had stopped tracking myself. By minute ninety I was a damp, laughing, slightly stunned organism standing in a sunlit room with the certain knowledge that I had not been this alive in approximately eleven years and that the only thing standing between me and this aliveness, ever, on any ordinary Tuesday, had been a series of small, unexamined decisions to clench.

That night, dinner was themed The First Generosity. There were three courses and zero hierarchy. The CFO of a publicly traded biotech sat next to a thirty-year-old breathwork facilitator and they ended the night co-writing a poem on a napkin. The chef came out and told us the story of the figs, which had been picked that morning by the woman who owned the orchard and who had

brought her grandson, and the grandson had eaten three figs on the way over and apologized, and we ate the apologized-for figs and they were the best figs of my life. Beauty is operational excellence. They mean it. I am beginning to mean it too.
