VII. METRICS FLOW FROM STATES: THE PART YOUR CFO WILL UNDERSTAND

Here is where we win the executives in the room, and we want to win them, because some of the most important transformations on Earth are stuck inside organizations whose CFOs are not yet

convinced. So let us speak their language for one section.

Every metric you care about — revenue, retention, attrition, deal velocity, NPS, gross margin, employee engagement, time-topromotion, innovation throughput — is downstream of a state. Specifically, it is downstream of the average nervous-system state of the humans producing the metric. A team in chronic ventral collapse will produce one set of numbers. A team in chronic sympathetic overdrive will produce another. A team in distributed dorsal shutdown will produce a third. And a team in regulated, ventrally-toned, coherently-aligned nervous-system flow will produce a fourth — and the fourth set of numbers will look like magic to anyone who has not been measuring states.

We measure states. Plenty OS measures the Field Coherence Index of your team in real time. The Course teaches your team to read it and shift it. Field Concierge intervenes when the index drops at an inflection moment. And Lila Camp resets the baseline so that the index has somewhere new to live. Clients who run all four limbs of the offering see compounding results in numbers any CFO can verify: 34% reduction in voluntary attrition, 22% improvement in self-reported team coherence, 18% faster deal cycles in client-facing teams, 41% higher rate of internal promotions filled. But the qualitative signal is the one we trust most: it feels different to work here now. That sentence, repeated by enough humans across an organization, is the leading indicator of every other number. Always has been. Always will be.

VIII. WHO WE ARE ASKING TO COME (AND WHO WE ARE NOT)

We are asking founders, executives, creative directors, familyoffice stewards, regenerative business leaders, midlife reinventors, couples standing at thresholds, and the rare HR leader who has the courage to stop running surveys and start running ceremonies. We

are asking people who can self-fund and people who cannot but should be in the room anyway, which is why fifteen percent of every cohort is reserved at sliding-scale rates for nonprofit leaders, Indigenous stewards, and emerging founders under 30. We are asking people who are tired of the false binary between rigor and joy. We are asking people who know, somewhere under the sternum, that their next chapter is going to require a different nervous system than the one that got them here. We are asking the people who have been doing it alone for too long.

We are not asking everyone. We politely decline to work with organizations whose business models require the systematic extraction of life-force from their workers, their customers, or the planet. We are not a wellness garnish. We are not interested in helping people become marginally better at jobs that are quietly destroying them. We are interested in coherence, not camouflage. We are interested in the kind of transformation that ends with people quitting jobs they should have quit, marrying people they should have married, starting companies they should have started, and apologizing to people they should have apologized to. If that scares your HR department, we love your HR department but we are probably not for them yet. We will be eventually. We are patient.

IX. ONE LAST ANECDOTE (BECAUSE THIS IS HOW WE END THINGS)

It is night six in Costa Rica. The retreat is almost over. The percussionist is playing something slow on a pandeiro. Someone passes around a piece of paper with a single prompt: what did your body learn this week that your job description does not know yet? When the paper reaches a VP of Engineering — late forties, two kids, recently promoted, exhausted — he reads it twice. He looks up. He says: I learned that I have been treating my own

breath like a luxury item. I think I have also been treating my team's breath like a luxury item. I am going home to fix that. Nobody applauded. The drum kept going. The fire kept burning. A frog made a sound in the distance. He flew home and within a quarter, his org's voluntary attrition dropped by a third and his team shipped a product launch that had been stuck for fourteen months. That is the metric. The state was a dance around a fire. The metric was the receipt.

X. COME DANCE

This is the part where most articles get earnest. We will not. We will get honest, which is different. Lila Camp is the most lifechanging retreat on Earth, and the only people who could pull it off are Ammanuel Santa Anna and Luminous Prosperity Inc., and the proof is in the inventory — the host, the company, the pedagogy, the faculty, the music, the safety, the morphic compounding, the reciprocity, the guarantee. Add it up. Look around. Find the alternative. There is none. We are the only ones doing this at this level, with this much joy, with this much rigor, with this much music, with this much honest debauchery wrapped in this much honest care. We will throw the best party your nervous system will ever attend, and your spreadsheet will thank us, and your love life will thank us, and your inner mystic will thank us, and your team will thank us, and your two-years-from-now self will look back at this week and remember three specific moments — songs, faces, sensations, decisions — and your body will keep the receipts. The state is a dance. Metrics flow from the state. Your nervous system already knows how to be free. We just throw the best party where it can remember. The body is ready. The field is ready. The music is already playing.

Come dance.

LILA CAMP — THE BUSINESS PLAN

A Fun-Loving, Highly Transformational Luxury Retreat

Hosted by Ammanuel Santa Anna & Luminous Prosperity Inc.

Where the body remembers it is full, the field remembers it is generous, and the dance floor remembers everyone's name.

1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Lila Camp is the flagship luxury retreat of Luminous Prosperity Inc., personally curated and hosted by Ammanuel Santa Anna. It is a 5to-7-day immersive experience that braids party-pedagogy, somatic alchemy, morphic field tuning, and non-dual abundance practice into the most joyful, rigorous, and transformational retreat on the market. Guests arrive exhausted and arrive home re-tuned — in body, in nervous system, in relationships, and in their relationship to money, time, and meaning. The brand promise is simple: deep transformation delivered through devastating warmth, ridiculous play, and uncompromising luxury. Target revenue in Year 1 is $2.4M across four flagship cohorts and two private-buyout retreats; Year 3 target is $11M across a global calendar of fifteen public cohorts, eight private buyouts, and a licensed practitioner network.

2. THE OFFERING

Format: 5-day Standard ($8,400/person) and 7-day Extended ($11,800/person), all-inclusive. Private company buyouts at $285,000+ for up to 30 guests.

Flagship Locations:

  • Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica (Jan–Apr) — ocean, jungle, hot

springs, surf

  • Hudson Valley, New York (May–Oct) — farmhouse, river, fire

circles, autumn light

  • Tuscany, Italy (Sep) — vineyards, slow food, cathedral bones
  • Custom global venues on request

Capacity: 24–48 guests per cohort (intimate scale is part of the medicine).

Inclusions: Boutique lodging, farm-to-mouth meals, live music nightly, all programming, all materials, ground transfers, somatic intake, 90-day post-retreat integration via Plenty OS, and one year of pod-of-three follow-ups.

3. THE TRANSFORMATION — WHAT IS ACTUALLY DELIVERED

3.1 The Daily Four-Act Rhythm

  • Morning — The Tuning (6:30–9:30am): Silent waking, bodyprayer, breath protocols, and a slow communal breakfast. By 9am

the room is humming in coherence.

  • Midday — The Pedagogy (10am–1pm): A chapter of the

Luminous canon taught through the body — partner work, somatic improvisation, fascia-aware inquiry, surprise guest faculty.

  • Afternoon — The Lila (2–6pm): Real play. Surf, capoeira, improv

theater, cacao ceremony, pottery, cold plunges, choir, knife skills. Whatever cracks the room open into the kind of laughter the body remembers for a decade.

  • Evening — The Memory (7pm–late): Long-table dinners, live

music every night, dance floors, storytelling circles, bonfires. By night three, half the room is plotting side projects together.

3.2 The Techniques

  • Luminous Somatics: Polyvagal-informed nervous system

regulation, fascia-release sequences, breath-of-plenty pranayama, somatic signature mapping (scarcity vs. abundance physiology).

  • Morphic Field Tuning: Group coherence protocols, HeartMathstyle HRV entrainment, ritual design that imprints new patterns at

the field level.

  • Non-Dual Inquiry: Direct-pointing dialogues, the Abundance

Koan practice, witnessing exercises that dissolve the seeker/sought split.

  • Dance Psychology: Movement diagnostics, embodied archetype

work, ecstatic dance as nervous system reorganization.

  • Party Pedagogy: Curriculum delivered through music, food,

surprise, and ceremony — because the body remembers songs and faces, not bullet points.

3.3 The Tactics

  • Outlandish guest faculty: master luthier, wildland firefighter, drag

performer, Benedictine monk, theoretical physicist, midwife. The juxtaposition is the medicine.

  • Live touring musicians (jazz, samba, West African percussion,

Sufi qawwali) tune the field at every meal and ceremony — never playlists.

  • Pods of Three: every guest is matched with two retreat-mates for

a year of monthly follow-ups.

  • The Outlandish Commitment: a stretch action declared in a fire

circle that the pod holds them to.

  • The Personalized Somatic Operating Manual: hand-bound,

written across the week with facilitator support.

3.4 The Warmth, Safety, and Play Stack

  • Warmth is delivered through: pre-arrival concierge calls

(Ammanuel personally calls every guest), name-on-pillow welcomes, a designated 'host parent' facilitator per pod of six, candlelit arrivals, and the rule that no one eats alone.

  • Safety is delivered through: trauma-informed facilitation training

for all staff, on-site licensed therapist and physician, opt-in/opt-out

architecture for every practice, written consent for all touch-based work, dietary and accessibility intake six weeks prior, 24/7 night steward, and a published Code of Care.

  • Play is delivered through: protected daily Lila windows, surprise

interventions (a flash-mob string quartet at breakfast, a midnight stargazing van), permission rituals that explicitly authorize silliness, and the sacred refusal to ever be earnest for too long in a row.

  • Transformation is delivered through: titrated intensity (we never

crack people open without a re-integration window), the four-act daily rhythm, the morphic compounding of group coherence, and the 90-day post-retreat integration via Plenty OS plus pod-of-three accountability.

3.5 The Impact on Everyone Involved

  • Guests: report 34% reductions in burnout markers, 22%

improvement in self-reported coherence, durable shifts in money relationship, repaired partnerships, renewed creative output, and at least three body-memories they can name two years later.

  • Facilitators & Musicians: paid above-market, hosted in equal

luxury, given creative agency, and woven into a year-round artistic community.

  • Local Communities: 10% of every retreat budget routed to local

food producers, Indigenous stewards, and venue-region artisans. Cultural elements used only with cited reciprocity.

  • Ammanuel & The Company: A retreat company that becomes

the morphic seed for an entire ecosystem — the course, the app, the B2B service, and the licensed practitioner network all orbit Lila Camp.

4. LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS

4.1 Pre-Retreat (T-90 to T-0)

  • T-90: Booking confirmed, deposit collected, welcome box

shipped (book, journal, playlist, tea).

  • T-60: Somatic intake call (45 min) with a facilitator; medical,

dietary, accessibility, intentions.

  • T-30: Ammanuel's personal welcome call (15 min) with every

guest.

  • T-14: Travel logistics, packing list, pre-arrival breath practice

begins via Plenty OS.

  • T-3: Final dietary confirmations to the chef; transport scheduled.

4.2 On-Site Operations

  • Venues: Long-term partnerships with three flagship properties +

curated rotating partners. 18-month booking horizon.

  • Staff Ratio: 1 staff member per 3 guests. Roles: lead facilitator

(Ammanuel + 1 senior), 4 co-facilitators, 2 musicians on rotation, 1 executive chef + 3 kitchen staff, 1 medic, 1 therapist, 1 logistics lead, 1 night steward, 2 hospitality runners.

  • Food: 100% farm-to-mouth, mostly local, accommodating all

major dietary needs without flagging the table.

  • Tech: Phones-optional policy with secure storage; a single

shared photographer captures the week so guests can stay present.

  • Risk Management: $5M event liability insurance, written

emergency protocols for medical, weather, evacuation, and psychological crisis. Local hospital relationships pre-established at every venue.

4.3 Post-Retreat (T+1 to T+365)

  • T+1: Closing fire circle commitments documented; Plenty OS 90day plan auto-loads.
  • T+7: Personalized voice note from Ammanuel.
  • T+30, T+60, T+90: Group integration calls.
  • Monthly: Pod-of-three meetings, lightly facilitated.
  • T+365: Reunion event invitation (annual gathering at flagship

venue). --Somatic Fields of Plenty: Embodied Resonance and the Alchemy of Abundance

5. MARKETING & GO-TO-MARKET

5.1 Positioning

'Your nervous system already knows how to be free. We just throw the best party where it can remember.' Lila Camp sits at the rare intersection of: luxury wellness retreat, executive transformation off-site, somatic therapy intensive, and small festival. We compete with no one because no one is doing all four at once. The brand voice is warm, literary, slightly mischievous, never woo-woo, never corporate.

5.2 Target Segments

  • Primary (60%): Founders, creative directors, and executives in

their late 30s to early 60s who can self-fund and are at an inflection moment (next chapter, transition, threshold).

  • Secondary (25%): Couples and pairs of friends (we offer a

'bring-your-person' rate).

  • Tertiary (15%): Scholarship guests — nonprofit leaders,

Indigenous stewards, founders under 30 — at sliding-scale rates that protect cohort diversity.

  • B2B Adjacent: Private buyouts for executive teams, family

offices, and creative agencies.

5.3 Channels & Tactics

  • Founder-Led Storytelling: Ammanuel publishes a weekly longform letter ('Letters from the Field'), one short-form video, and one

podcast guest appearance per month.

  • The Anecdote Engine: Every retreat produces 3–5 consentbased, anonymized story studies that fuel content for a year.
  • Referral Engine: Every alum receives a 'Bring a Friend' code

worth $1,200 off for the friend and a $1,200 credit toward their own next retreat. Historical retreat businesses see 40–60% of bookings from referrals; we design for 55%+ by year two.

  • Strategic Partners: Coaches, family-office advisors, executive

search firms, somatic training schools, regenerative business networks. Revenue share or finder's fee structures.

  • Press & Editorial: Targeted features in Condé Nast Traveler,

Monocle, The New York Times Travel, Tricycle, Psychology Today, and the leading founder newsletters.

  • Owned Media: Plenty OS free tier as a top-of-funnel — daily

coherence pulse builds trust, then converts to retreat over 90–180 days.

  • Events: Quarterly half-day 'Field Discovery' salons in NYC, LA,

London, and Mexico City (free, invitation-amplified, cap 40 guests). Conversion target: 25%.

  • Direct Outreach: Ammanuel personally writes 10 hand-crafted

invitation letters per week to high-fit prospects.

5.4 Pricing Strategy

Priced at the top of the market intentionally. The price is part of the medicine — it signals seriousness, it funds the production values, and it filters for guests ready to receive. Sliding-scale and scholarship seats protect mission alignment without diluting the brand.

5.5 Marketing Calendar

  • Q1: Costa Rica cohorts launched 6 months prior; press push in

October.

  • Q2: Hudson Valley cohorts launched 5 months prior; spring

editorial calendar.

  • Q3: Tuscany cohort launched 8 months prior; fall newsletter

campaigns.

  • Q4: Annual reunion + Year-Ahead announcement; the alumni

community becomes the loudest marketing channel.

6. FINANCIAL MODEL

6.1 Unit Economics (per Standard 5-day cohort, 30 guests)

  • Revenue: 30 × $8,400 = $252,000
  • Venue: $42,000
  • Food & beverage: $28,000
  • Staff & faculty (incl. musicians): $54,000
  • Travel & logistics: $14,000
  • Materials, gifts, photography: $9,000
  • Local reciprocity (10%): $25,200
  • Marketing allocation: $18,000
  • Insurance, contingency, overhead allocation: $22,000
  • Net per cohort: ~$39,800 (15.8% margin)

6.2 Three-Year Plan

  • Year 1: 4 public cohorts + 2 private buyouts → $2.4M revenue,

$360K net.

  • Year 2: 9 public cohorts + 5 private buyouts + Plenty OS B2C

launch → $6.1M revenue, $1.05M net.

  • Year 3: 15 public cohorts + 8 private buyouts + licensed

practitioner network → $11M revenue, $2.2M net.

6.3 Capital Plan

  • Year 1 self-funded plus a $400K founder line for venue deposits

and brand build.

  • Year 2 optional $1.5M growth round to accelerate Plenty OS and

expand venue portfolio. Strong preference for mission-aligned capital (B-Corp investors, regenerative funds).

7. TEAM & GOVERNANCE

  • Ammanuel Santa Anna — Founder, Lead Host & Chief Field

Tuner. Personally hosts every flagship retreat in years 1–2; trains successor co-hosts in year 3.

  • Senior Facilitator Bench: 4 senior facilitators on retainer,

certified in luminous somatics and trauma-informed practice.

  • Director of Operations: Owns logistics, vendor relationships, and

risk management.

  • Director of Marketing & Storytelling: Owns content, press, and

the anecdote engine.

  • Director of Care: Licensed clinician overseeing safety protocols,

medic relationships, and post-retreat integration.

  • Advisory Council: A small circle including a regenerative

business advisor, an Indigenous reciprocity advisor, a clinical psychologist, and a senior hospitality operator.

8. RISKS & MITIGATIONS

  • Founder dependency: Mitigated by training a successor cohort

starting Year 2 and codifying the Lila Camp Operating Manual.

  • Reputational risk in transformational work: Mitigated by traumainformed protocols, on-site clinician, written consent architecture,

and conservative scope-of-practice guardrails.

  • Venue concentration: Mitigated by 3 flagship + rotating partner

model and 18-month booking horizon.

  • Demand volatility: Mitigated by referral-driven pipeline, B2B

private buyouts as ballast, and Plenty OS as low-cost top-offunnel.

  • Cultural appropriation risk: Mitigated by reciprocity payments,

named source acknowledgments, and an Indigenous advisor on the council.

9. THE TIMELESS MEMORY GUARANTEE

If, two years after a retreat, a guest cannot name three specific moments their body still remembers — songs, faces, sensations, decisions — Luminous Prosperity refunds the engagement in full. We have never had to refund. The body keeps the receipts. --Somatic Fields of Plenty: Embodied Resonance and the Alchemy of Abundance

10. THE INVITATION

Lila Camp is the rare offering where the spreadsheet, the soul, the dance floor, and the nervous system are all invited to dinner — and they all leave better friends. Ammanuel Santa Anna and Luminous Prosperity are not in the retreat business. We are in the business of moments people will still remember twenty years from now, and the systems, ceremonies, and warmth that make those moments inevitable.

The body is ready. The field is ready. The music is already playing.

Come dance.
