Unlike traditional organizational charts or process maps, a living map reflects the system’s own intelligence — its self-organizing capacity and its tendency to move toward stable, adaptive states (attractors). It is a tool for seeing not just what is but what could be, inviting participation rather than dictating outcomes.


Three Appreciative Questions
