PART ONE — THE COURSE

Reality, Choreographed: The 12-Week Enterprise Curriculum

This is the flagship learning experience. It is delivered as a hybrid program — live cohort sessions, asynchronous modules in our software platform, embedded practice inside the team's actual work week — and it is calibrated to the level of dance experience in the room (which is usually "none, and please don't ask me to twirl"). By week three, they are twirling. By week twelve, they are choreographing strategy.

Week 1 — The Dancing Universe. Reality as choreography. Living systems as dances. The murmuration of starlings as the original team-building exercise. Participants learn to see the dance already happening in their organization. Outlandish expertise: we will show your leadership team a video of a slime mold solving the Tokyo subway map and convince them it has organizational lessons. It does.

Week 2 — The Neuroscience of Danced Manifestation. The motor-emotional loop. Embodied cognition. Why your last off-site failed (you talked too much and moved too little). Participants run a

controlled experiment in their own teams: same agenda, different bodies. The data is undeniable.

Week 3 — The Morphic Field of Your Organization. Every company is a morphic field. New hires don't just "learn the culture" — they tune into the field. We teach leaders how to consciously shape that field rather than letting it shape them by accident. Week 4 — Flow, Trance, and the Morphic Gateway. Flow at work is not productivity hacking. It is morphic field access. Participants learn the difference between burnout-flow (extractive) and lilaflow (regenerative). The latter is also, conveniently, the more profitable one.

Week 5 — Intentional Movement at Work. Setting purpose in motion. We translate intention-setting from the dance studio to the standup, the strategy offsite, the product roadmap.

Week 6 — Rhythm as Operating Cadence. Rhythm is the language of morphic fields and the language of operations. We help teams discover, name, and consciously design their working rhythm: the heartbeat of their week, the pulse of their quarter, the breath of their year.

Week 7 — Choreography as Strategy. Strategic plans are choreographies whether you write them that way or not. Teams learn to compose strategy as score: gesture, direction, repetition, variation, ensemble. Outlandish expertise: we will rewrite your OKRs as a Laban Movement Analysis. Your VP of Strategy will be unreasonably moved.

Week 8 — Improvisation as Morphic Listening. The improv-based modules every other corporate trainer offers, redone with morphic field awareness. This is not "yes, and." This is yes, and what is the field asking for? — which is a much better question.

Week 9 — The Dancing Community. Group synchrony. Collective effervescence. Why your offsites work for two weeks and then fade. We teach the maintenance practices that keep a morphic field alive between gatherings.

Week 10 — Sacred Cadence and Ceremony. Quarterly close as harvest dance. Product launch as threshold ritual. We bring the appropriate solemnity and the appropriate joy to the rhythms that already exist in your business.

Week 11 — Dance and the Shadow. What your meetings reveal.

The inner critic on the conference call. Power dynamics in group movement and what they are telling you about power dynamics in your org chart. This week is uncomfortable on purpose. It is also where the breakthrough happens.

Week 12 — Becoming a Choreographic Organization. Integration. Practitioner certification for internal champions. Roadmap for the next twelve months. The cohort dances a closing piece of their own composition. Someone always cries. Sometimes everyone.
