Not every engagement starts with a course. Sometimes a CEO calls and says, the merger closes in nine weeks and the two cultures hate each other. Sometimes a CHRO says, we have a values document nobody can remember. Sometimes a founder says, I've lost the plot and so has my company.
For these moments we offer direct facilitation — senior practitioners on the ground (or on the screen, with a deeply
engineered virtual container) running the specific intervention the moment requires.
Service lines include:
- Field Diagnostics. A two-week embed in which a lead facilitator
sits in your meetings, joins your channels, walks your halls, and produces a choreographic reading of your culture: what dance is actually being danced, what dance you think is being danced, and the gap between them.
- Cultural Choreography Sprints. A three-day intensive for an
executive team or critical cross-functional group. Output: a movement-derived working agreement, a shared gestural vocabulary, and a 90-day rhythm map.
- Merger and Integration Choreography. Specialized practice for
marrying two morphic fields without one swallowing the other. We have done this for tech-tech, tech-bank, agency-agency, and once, memorably, agency-creamery.
- Crisis Cadence Resets. When a company has been moving in
fight-or-flight rhythm for too long, we come in and re-pace it. Often this looks like a single afternoon that changes the next two quarters.
- Founder & Executive 1:1 Movement Coaching. Private, embodied

- Strategy-as-Choreography Facilitation. We run your annual
planning offsite as a choreographic process. You will leave with a real plan. You will also leave able to dance the plan, which means you will remember it, which is more than most companies can say. Every facilitation engagement comes with embedded access to the software platform, so the work continues the moment the facilitators step out of the room.
